Caspian Solutions SMS Program
Program Description
Caspian Solutions operates two separate SMS campaigns. You may opt into either or both:
- Customer Care (Transactional): account updates, appointment reminders, service notifications, and support follow-ups.
- Marketing: promotional offers, product news, and event invitations from Caspian Solutions.
Consent applies per campaign and is not transferable. Opting into one campaign does not enroll you in the other.
Cost & Frequency
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Charges depend on your mobile carrier and plan.
Opt-In Keywords & Confirmation
You can join either campaign by completing the sign-up form at caspiansol.com/contact-sms or by texting one of the following keywords to our published number: START, OPTIN, UNSTOP.
After opt-in you'll receive a one-time confirmation message similar to:
"Welcome to Caspian Solutions Alerts. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel."
Opt-Out Instructions
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP (or UNSUBSCRIBE, END, QUIT, CANCEL, HALT) to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP we will send you one final message confirming you've been unsubscribed and you will no longer receive SMS messages from that campaign.
