Our Story
Rauf and Oktay met in Tampa, Florida in 2021. They started by building tools to help during a hurricane in 2024. Whole nights with no sleep, just fixing real issues for real people. That showed them they could tackle big, messy problems together.
Then they turned to insurance. They watched agents in busy call centers juggling 5 different tools just to call, text, and track one lead. Everyone was stressed. Everyone was worried about compliance. Nothing felt simple.
In 2025, they launched Caspian.
Caspian was built inside one of the top health insurance agencies in the U.S. Every feature was tested live on the sales floor, with real agents, real calls, and real numbers.
Today, our team is 15+ engineers strong. We've already won the 2024 Tampa Bay Stellar Business Award for Best AI Automation.
