    We're thrilled to announce major enhancements to Caspian's workflow automation capabilities. Build sophisticated automations without writing a single line of code.

    What's New

    New capabilities:

    • Multi-branch workflows

    Workflows can now start based on:

    • Lead score changes
    • Form submissions
    • Appointment bookings
    • Custom field updates
    • Time-based schedules
    • Webhook events

    3. Enhanced Actions

    Expanded automation actions include:

    • Send multi-channel messages (SMS, email, calls)
    • Update CRM records

    Getting Started

    All Caspian users now have access to workflow automation:

    1. Navigate to AutomationWorkflows
    2. Click Create Workflow or choose a template
    3. Build your automation sequence
    4. Test with sample data
    5. Activate and monitor performance

    Migration from Legacy Automations

    Existing automations will continue working. When ready to upgrade:

    • Access the migration wizard
    • Review suggested workflow equivalents
    • Test before making live
    • Support team available for complex migrations
